Health Records and AI Processing

We may collect health records, uploaded report files, images, PDFs, prescriptions, voice notes, account data, patient profile details, and AI-generated summaries or insights created from the information you provide in BigOHealth or Oncovault.

To organize records and generate AI-powered summaries, uploaded files and voice notes may be processed by Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Bedrock, on our behalf. Amazon Bedrock does not use your content to train foundation models.

Sharing Reports With Others

When you choose to share reports from within the app, you control what is selected and who receives access.

• Report links are signed and time-bound. The link is generated securely for the selected report and expires after the configured time period.
• When you share reports with a doctor, we share the selected reports with that doctor through the app or our secure care coordination workflow.
• We do not sell your personal data or health data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Log Files

Raw IP address and user-agent data of non-logged-in visitors can be personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data Retention

We retain your account data, health records, uploaded reports, voice notes, AI-generated summaries, and related app data until you ask us to delete it or close your account. After we receive a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify the data within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, regulatory, medical-record, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business requirements.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their advertisements and links that appear on BigOHealth.
